Having been with this medical practice for over 25 years I cannot understand how they genuinely get worse and worse with every passing year. I am completely and utterly perplexed at how hard it is to get an appointment now. You can either wait 2-3 weeks or phone up at 8am on the day you want an appointment and continually try through the engaged tone to get one, at which point IF you are successful but are unable to attend at the time given because of work, they tell you to try again tomorrow. And in these modern times of the age of digital, they must be one of the only surgeries that do not offer an online appointment service. Oh and they still advertise that they are taking patients on, they CAN'T even deal with the ones they've got!!!

Most of the time it is possible to get an appointment with someone but not always the one you want to see. However In Order to do this you have to persevere on the phone for fairly long periods of time. The reception staff have always been pleasant and courteous. My husband and I would like to thank all the staff for a very efficient and friendly service at the flu jab clinic on 30th September this year. Is it possible to know when doctors are in the surgery especially those who are part time ?

Although it was a very busy morning (Free Flu Jab session) I was seen by the Doctor at the time stated on my appointment card. He took time to listen then explain the treatment he prescribed and answers all the questions I asked

Always found the doctors more than helpful; however I've often felt the admin site has always been a let down with this with missing prescriptions or sent to the wrong place, staff unable to answer questions and advise patients to come back later (when someone else will be working there etc).

need more hands on the phone lines ,staff give you little info whats going on about your illness , could do with drinking water in waiting zones , stop some of those posters on the walls some are well out of date, carpark needs a good tidy , more seats on busy times , and fans in hot weather, in all areas , doctors need to be more open to new ideas, deabetic team needs big kick up the ar### to get them to open up to new ideas to get them away from , my way or no way , best stay clear from the ar### if you can
